1. Location, Location, Location

It's an old real estate trope that location is the most important factor for people when they're searching for a home. This is true for corporate housing, too. You want to be close to the office, but you also want to be able to explore the city while you're there. For example, does the apartment have a washer and dryer in the unit? Is the kitchen fully equipped—and we're not talking about a banged up pot and a half-melted spatula, but knives, measuring cups and spoons, and a full mixing bowl set as well as pots and pans? Is there a full linen package, including blankets, sheets, towels, and comforters? What about cable television? These are the things that can turn bleak corporate housing into a home away from home. 

4. Utilities 

Another factor to consider is the utility bill; does the rent for the corporate housing option include all of the utilities, or are you responsible for handling the monthly electrical bill, water bill, gas bill, and phone bill? You'll be busy conducting business; you certainly don't want to have to worry about paying additional bills while you're far from home.
